VCU Brandcenter professor Scott Witthaus and his partner did a great job developing this working proof-of-concept prototype of the DropLock. The DropLock is a highly-effective, rapid-deploy door barricade meant to stop potential school shooters from entering a room. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work on this project on cost reduction and manufacturability of his design.
